From the shopping experience through member status, we created a space that answered the need and gave Samsung a dedicated space for early adopters — all timed around the release of their new flagship device.

The Owner's Lounge delivers exclusive content and candid walkthroughs from their favorite influencers, such as Dwayne Johnson, Anna Faris, and Paul Rudd. Content takes center stage with interviews, videos, and supporting content being delivered in fresh new ways.
A wide-range of content and featured products was made available to users on the Owner’s Lounge. Interactive demos, walkthroughs, and product releases are showcased — often paired with dedicated landing pages and social media campaigns to extend the shelf life of the experience.

We worked with Samsung to create a new device order flow. The goal was to provide the user with a guided experience while surfacing important information, such as carrier, trade-in availability, and interactive walkthroughs.
An editorial space was created to give Samsung a dedicated space to share news, reviews, and announcements for future devices.
